3 Steps to Super-Fast Broadband
- Get BT Infinity - Please call or email 325 as we will need check to see if you are able to get BT Infinity. We will run a couple of tests, and if we get the green light and are good to go, we will progress your order. If Infinity is not yet available to you don’t worry we will let you know as soon as it is.
Your order
When you order we’ll automatically give you the earliest engineer installation date available. If this doesn’t suit you, you can choose a more convenient date before you confirm your order
Your new equipment
You’ll need two pieces of equipment. You’ll get your BT Infinity Home Hub two days before your installation date. Your engineer will bring your vDSL modem with them and install both for you.

Get ready for installation
Power sockets
We’ll need to plug in your vDSL modem into the master phone socket so please make sure you have two power sockets available next to it – if you don’t, please have a power extension cable available.
Before installation
On your installation day, the engineer will call you before starting to connect you to fibre broadband at your local BT cabinet.

Get connected!
Installing BT Infinity in your home
The engineer may install a small data extension kit and some extension cabling within your home if needed to make sure your equipment gives you the fastest possible speed.
Connecting you
Please allow up to three hours for your installation. During this time, the engineer will make sure you can connect to the Internet. That’s it!
Note: Your telephone line won’t work for up to 10 minutes while your engineer connects you to fibre broadband at your local BT cabinet.
